4. WhatsApp messages

If you message us through WhatsApp, the content of those messages and your phone number are stored in our admin system so we can keep a complete record of the conversation. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta and is governed by Meta's privacy policy.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host our infrastructure or send messages on our behalf, under written contracts limiting their use of the data.
  • Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with the same protections that apply here.

6. Retention

We keep contact and application records for as long as needed to follow up and for our reasonable legitimate interests, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, hashed admin passwords, restricted access — but no system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

8. Your rights

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
