1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Kaskol Multi Activity website ("Site") and any services we provide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
Kaskol Multi Activity ("Kaskol", "we", "us") operates the Site and the services described on it. References to "you" mean the person or organisation accessing the Site.
3. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site for lawful, personal or business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy content beyond what is required for normal browsing.
4. Services and engagements
Any project or paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work, master services agreement, or similar) signed by both parties. These Terms do not, by themselves, create any obligation for us to perform services for you.

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, code, and designs, is owned by Kaskol or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
6. User submissions
By submitting any content through forms on the Site (contact messages, job applications, WhatsApp messages, etc.), you grant Kaskol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted (e.g. responding to your inquiry).
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Their terms and policies govern your use of them.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kaskol does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaskol and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct claim arising out of these Terms is limited to USD 100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kaskol harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kaskol is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
